The successful candidate in this challenging role will assist the Sarnia management team in achieving profitable and sustainable growth. You are a leader and have experience in recruiting, training, coaching and developing recruits into self-confident, successful financial sales professionals. The Sarnia Financial Centre has 3 Managers (including the open Manager role), 22 Advisors, 1 Financial Centre Resource Team Leader, 2 Financial Centre Administrators and 1 Long Term Care Insurance Specialist. The Financial Centre Manager is Mike F. Kelly.

Proven track record as a successful sales manager or advisor Applicants must have their Life license, Accident and Sickness License and Mutual Fund license, or be willing to achieve quickly We are willing to consider people not currently working in Sales Force Management for this role. If the successful candidate is not currently in a Financial Centre Management role, they will enter the Manager Training Program and begin work as a Manager Trainee within the SarniaFinancial Centre.
