Amusement Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
People: Hire, train, retain and develop team

Supervise the administration of all training programs as documented.
Supervise the development of technical and winners circle team members.
Assure staffing levels through active participation in selection, annual evaluations and one-on-one coaching opportunities.
Provide motivation to team through recognition and incentive programs as provided.

Profits: Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs)

Maintain Ideal Playing Conditions by proper troubleshooting and repair of equipment to the component level.
Follow up on all equipment maintenance and repair complete pmts, cleaning dockets and test-drive as required.
Complete parts inventory and assist in winners circle inventory as required.
Communicate as needed with the MOD/AOM/AGM regarding amusement operations.
Manage budgets for amusement labor, supplies, repair and maintenance, freight and shipping expenses.

Sales: Manage business plan to meet targeted financial performance

Set department goals with leadership input.
Work with AOM and AGM to display, control and oversee winners circle operations.
Review Amusement results with AGM/GM; jointly develop action plans as necessary.
Communicate, implement and follow up on all changes to D&B amusement systems and procedures.

Guests: Meet the standard for the guest experience (quality of operations)

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all D&B guests and staff.
Ensure Ideal Playing Conditions through proper staff scheduling: optimizing technical coverage for games, staff development, and profitability.
NSO: Actively participates in succession planning by developing promotable people

Provide training and/or support for New Store Openings (NSO), as needed.


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent with minimum two years of technical training or 3-5 years of previous related work experience.
Excellent management, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to plan and make sound decisions.
Excellent technical skills.
Self-reliant and resourceful.
Security/safety conscious.
Available on an on-call basis.
